Whenever you put “@name” in the beginning of your message you’re only sending a message to that person and a few select followers. The only people who can see that message are those that follow you AND that person you mentioned.
If you want to make sure your message reaches ALL of your followers, put something in front of the “@” symbol. A Period, quotations, anything will work. Watch the clip by Gary Vaynerchuk below:
